It's been a long, long while since my last post. Here's a piece I just did for the Brownstones to Red Dirt art fundraiser. Two colleagues I work with at Blue Sky Studios, David LaMattina and Chad Walker, have created a feature-length documentary about a pen pal program between a group of at-risk sixth graders living in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn and orphans from the war living in Freetown, Sierra Leone. They're putting together an auction to raise money to build a school for the orphans in Sierra Leone and a children's library in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.
